Delivery estimates start once an order ships and exclude weekends and holidays. During peak December weeks, please allow a few extra days for carrier delays. All orders include tracking — you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your Hearthvine™ leaves the warehouse.
Free shipping on all US & Canada orders. International orders ship free on orders over $84.99; a flat $9.99 rate applies to orders under that.
Returns & Exchanges

If your Hearthvine™ isn’t the right fit for your space, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee.
- Reach out within 30 days — Email support with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Get your return details — We’ll send a return address and instructions within one business day.
- Send it back — Pack the item in its original packaging. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refund processed — Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
